Pablo’s New Winter Menu

Winter time is bringing out all the favourite flavours and Pablo have really stepped up in terms of combing these to create unique dishes. Dishes that the everyday consumer wouldn’t expect but fall in love with at first taste. Say hello to local and comforting dishes with new twists and flavours that will make your insides melt.

The descriptions from the menu are enough to make you salivate – not just avacado, but grilled haloumi, charred corn, minted labne, lemon, fresh herbs & Maleny avocado oil. Not just peas on toast, but smashed & minted peas over caraway & onion rye toast, citrus-glazed sticky bacon, buffalo mozzarella, blistered cherry tomatoes, shaved zucchini, lemon & fresh herbs (you can imagine, this was VERY hard to not choose!).

It was ridiculously hard to make a decision, but upon recommendation the Confit Mushrooms were nothing but impeccable! YES – white polenta, YES – kale, and YES PLEASE – chia & herb dressing. Serving sizes aren’t petite so you most definitely are going to get your moneys worth!

While the mushrooms could have filled a 6ft solider, there are definitely dishes that will spark interest for the male customers. Its impossible not to impress your hubby with slow cooked beef cheek, speck bacon and red beans + homemade honey cornbread. Yeah, just try. The Potato, beetroot and & feta hash cake with citrus-glazed sticky bacon is also going to put up a fight for the men’s order – just, give them some time to come to terms with it (you will need some yourself too!).
