Morning After Espresso and Eats

New café alert! Have you heard of Morning After? If you’re not one of their +3k Instagram followers, you should jump on the bandwagon immediately and throw them a follow – you won’t regret it!

With a menu that ranges all aspects of the “healthy spectrum”, Morning After or ‘M.A.’ for short, is all about sourcing local, so you will see Brisbane favourites such as The Unrefined granola, and Bee One Third honey on their menu.

The official launch party was a hit and it wasn’t hard to find the health-conscious options, such as the lamb cutlets pictured!

From ‘morning’ to ‘after’ there are healthy options sprinkled throughout the M.A. menu and more than a few items tickle our fancy.

Your ‘morning’ could look a little like this:

– ‘Green’ Elixer – #DrinkYoGreens

– Smashed avocado on multigrain with smashed peas, buffalo ricotta & lime – Um yum…!

And our ‘after’ picks could include:

– ‘Carrot’ Elixer

– Quinoa and pearl barley salad, root vegetables, apple, almonds & goats curd – tick, tick, tick, tick and double-tick!

You will love the fact that while offering ‘indulgent’ menu items, M.A. definitely has a focus on health. Their healthy menu items plus their advocacy for getting their Dietitian/Nutritionist advice from Lisa Peterson from Pure and Lean System are a testament to this.

There is no doubt that Morning After should be on your Brisbane radar!
